It was the middle of Christmas, and a wealthy Blake family was spending the holidays together with their Latina maid. They were: a father, mother, two daughters, and a maid. Appearances, however, can be deceiving. In reality, they were complete strangers. In the body of Xander, the father of the family, was Audrey, a 17-year-old student and the queen bee of her high school; in the body of Xena, the wife, was 23-year-old newlywed Bran; in the body of Xavi the daughter was a Pierce the father of the family from New York; and in the body of Xula, the other daughter, was Grandma Mireya from Florida. When in the body of Ximena, the Latina maid, was Xander, the (now former) owner of the house and the true father of this family bodies who, however, fully believed the government's assurances that the entire body swap was an illusion and that he realy is maid.
As one might expect, their new life wasn't easy. Audrey suddenly went from a wealthy, modern life as a girl without responsibilities to the head of the family and a traditional model of masculinity. She didn't want to take it on, but the fear of being sent to the camp forced her to take on the role. Bran, on the other hand, didn't take the role of house mother well, and as a result, he was briefly sent to the camp. Fortunately, Audrey new body had enough influence to quickly pull him out of the worst of it and bring back. Out of fear, he decided to take on a mother rolr. Although he was afraid of what had happened to his newlywed wife and the rest of his family, he chose not to find out, fearing the government reaction.
Pierce faintly thoughts of unwrapping gifts from "Santa Claus". Seeing the another set of dolls that the former body owner once clearly adored and he also must it, he knew he didn't have much choice in the matter. Having witnessed what happened to his now biological mother's, who knows what would have happened if not for his now biological father's actions, and there was also the maid who completely bought into the government propaganda, but at least Pierce was fortunate enough to contact his old family before the government tightened its grip on them to learn that they were okay, even though they were all in different bodies. At least that was a good thing, he thought, then smiled with fake joy at the gift he'd received for Christmas.
Mireya, on the other hand, fully embraced Daria's new life. She didn't believe the propaganda that she was hallucinating. After all, she was trying do things like that as a teenager in the 1960s and now gow it works, but she wasn't about to miss out on a second chance at youth, so she fully embraced the role of a good daughter from a wealthy family. Also her former family, however, didn't particularly care for her after they placed her in a retirement home in Florida.
Meanwhile Ximena was fully committed to her role as the family's maid. Although she initially thought she was actually Xander, the government's information that it was all a hallucination reassured her. Although Xander's memories never left her mind, she managed to get over it. Although she does have mixed feelings about the mistress Blake, who initially insisted she wasn't her, so much so that she had to report it to the officials, luckilly this one thing was clearly after Miss Blake back the camp. She had a lot to do today, preparing Christmas dinner and dusting the living room. Though She didn't see the point in complaining. After all, it was thanks to this family that she was able to live here in the first place.
